    Debited account twice?!

    Ordered a system through 3XS with finance and all went through okay. Made some amendments today on the phone and the agent has not only charged me for the changes but has then debited my account for the whole system!
    Only realised now after my bank called me and your call centre had closed.

    Hi David, thanks. I've been given 2 invoices now first one: <snip> second one: <snip>.
    It leaves me with practically no money at all, if I ring at 9AM tomorrow will I be able to get this sorted?

    I've edited out the invoice numbers for you.

    I've mailed the relevant people in accounts, so we can get this sorted tomorrow as soon as possible.

    Wrong amount debited on Monday 13th still nothing no refund back in account on Thursday 15th and if the money isn't back in my account tomorrow then I won't have any money until next monday as RBS don't do weekend transfers.
    Brilliant customer service this is.
    To rub it in I get an email saying that I wasn't originaly charged for delivery and now must pay that too?
    Seriously thinking about jacking this whole order in.

    11AM on Friday and still no money in my account. £0.00 available to me for the past few days and this is just unacceptable. Can't even get an apology from your phone staff they just shrug it off saying its down to the banks.
    I can't stress enough that I need this money before the weekend. Don't keep on shrugging this off, ring your bank and see what they can do.

    The delivery issue has been sorted for you - and you should have received a confirmation of this.

    Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the time the refund takes, this is something outside of our control. Typical clearance time is around 3-5 working days - so the earliest likely date would be Monday.
