    Rma 287557

    Hello

    I'm wondering of the status of my RMA, "Awaiting replacement / credit". Does this mean it's not in stock to ship out?

    Furthermore is it getting sent to where it was originally delivered?

    If possible i'd like a refund/credit to spend on SCAN.co.uk

    Hi,

    I can confirm we have replacement stock of your motherboard, our current turnaround is 7 - 10 days from date of reciept (12/11 in your case)

    In addition I can confirm the shipping address would be the same as the original delivery address, we have not recieved any notification from you that it should be otherwise, if it is please reply to our e-mail dated 29/10 that asks you to confirm the address for the replacement to be delivered.

    Can you comment on what type of replacement I will be getting, is it a OEM motherboard new/refurbished?

    I only ask as I wasn't instructed to send all the bits and bobs that came with the motherboard (But I can of course send these).

    Hi,

    It should be a new board as we currently do not have any OEM/refurbs of this model to provide as warranty replacements.

    Please note if you were to return just the bare board you would get the same back as replacement, if you return all of the bits supplied with the original board you would get back the same bits with the replacement board.

    Thanks for taking the time looking at this. So I should be getting a shipped confirmation shortly then? Is your current turnaround longer than the quoted 3-5 days due to a back log or is it different for my type of RMA?

    Obviously if I get a replacement board i'm probably going to be a SCAN customer for life again!
