    Rma 289133

Hi, I had to return an item (keyboard) last week as it arrived with a fault, and I'm a little unclear on the status of my RMA.

I received an email yesterday before lunch, letting me know it had been tested and verified as faulty by your technicians, with the RMA status updated to "awaiting replacement / credit".

I elected to receive a replacement (rather than a refund on the purchase) when I placed the RMA request last week, on the condition a replacement was available. However I'm not sure if the current RMA status indicates you're awaiting stock?

The website indicates the item is still currently in stock, so I'm hopeful that information is current, and the replacement will be sent out soon.

Thanks for your time and any clarification you can offer, it would be really appreciated.

    Re: Rma 289133

    Hi,

I can confirm the goods were booked in, tested and confirmed to be faulty yesterday. Turnaround on average from the date the items were booked in/tested is usually between 3 - 5 working days.

    Regards

Thanks for the quick response, and for confirming the RMA status.

I'll assume the "awaiting replacement" status is a standard step in the process then, unrelated to stock levels. That's the part I was unclear on.

Forgive the impatience, I have some CS coursework due next week so I was hoping the keyboard would turnaround before the weekend. 3-5 days seems perfectly reasonable though, and if it comes down to it I can pick up a cheap £10 keyboard tomorrow locally to get it done.

Thanks again for replying so quickly and providing these forums to reach you on.
