    RMA postage - Thanks!

    Hello team

    Firstly, thank you for such an excellent service, you will certainly now be my first visit for components, knocking Dabs and overclockers off the top spots.

    Seoncdly, just a quick question about RMA postage. I've boxed up the component, and have it ready to go, and am perfectly happy to pay postage - I've just noticed that in some of the threads on this forum people have mentioned that Scan has provided a free courier. I have not received any emails about this, so should I assume this has not been issued to me, or am I missing some important element of your RMA process?

    Let me know and I'll get the item off to you asap.

    Thank you for your positive feedback, having checked the details on the RMA I can see that you are returning the product as unwanted, as such you would need to arrange the return at your own cost.

    If you purchased an item and it was faulty, we could arrange a courier under those circumstances.
