Firstly, thank you for such an excellent service, you will certainly now be my first visit for components, knocking Dabs and overclockers off the top spots.
Seoncdly, just a quick question about RMA postage. I've boxed up the component, and have it ready to go, and am perfectly happy to pay postage - I've just noticed that in some of the threads on this forum people have mentioned that Scan has provided a free courier. I have not received any emails about this, so should I assume this has not been issued to me, or am I missing some important element of your RMA process?
