A heads up in relation to automated RMA emails

Perhaps you could consider having a more "intelligent" automated RMA response system.
I created an RMA because the hard drive was not as described (36 month warranty which was actually 12 months) and it was all handled very efficiently and the drive collected at the same time as the new one delivered.
However I just received this automated email which is a bit silly as the drive is still sealed in it's anti static bag and isn't faulty
Current status of your RMA: Items Received

We can confirm we have received your returned goods and they are now with our technicians awaiting testing.

You can also view the real time status of your RMA using our online returns tracking: https://secure.scan.co.uk/aspnet/Sup...sTracking.aspx

Please check your emails for further updates and thank you for your patience while we deal with your RMA.
