Western digital hard drive return

Just a quick question, I purchased a Western Digital Blue 500gb AAKX in january, unfortunately it has developed a fail in the WD data lifeguard tools for reallocated sectors - threshold 1, drive has 134.
Do Scan handle the return or do i need to contact WD direct?
