Hello,
I have emailed scan twice this week about this rma and have had no response.
To outline the problem i bought a xfx 7950 from scan last october, a bit over a month ago i had a problem with it where there was no display so i contacted scan and rma'd it.
At this time i was informed that there rma time frame is 5-6 working days when this period had passed i emailed them to be told that because it is a xfx product it takes 20, thanks for letting me know!
It is now 28 working days since scan recieved the card and i seem to be getting ignored
Im am moving away in less than two weeks so this really cant take any longer
