Broken front/intake fan bay holder on Fractal Design chassis

I've had the Fractal Design XL chassis for just under a year but it's only recently that I decided to add an additional front intake fan and noticed a problem.
When going to remove the front fan bay that holds the 2 bottom fans in place (see image below) I noticed that the bottom half didn't seem to sit flush with the chassis, as I started to remove the bay I realised that one of the clips that holds the whole bay in place is broken.
The bay is only held in by 2 of these clips which are a very thin plastic construction to hold a fair bit of weight so adding another fan is going to put added pressure on the working clip and if that breaks the bay can't be used.

Would I be eligible for a replacement chassis or by any chance do you have any spare parts if I could just buy the front fan bay. This isn't listed as a replacement part on the Fractal Design parts shop which is why I'm posting here. Ideally I want to avoid sending the chassis back because of cost of sending and time involved removing everything, but I'll await your suggestion.

I will take a picture of what is broken tonight to make it a little clearer.
