I returned a pair of ASUS Radeon 290 graphics cards to Scan (RMA 336583) which were confirmed as faulty within two days and the status of the RMA changed to 'at suppliers'. However it's now been 5 weeks and no sign of the cards being repaired or replaced. I submitted a query asking what is happening (OLQ1237288) over a week ago and have heard nothing back.
Scan guys, I'd be grateful if you could check on this and let me know how much longer I'll have to wait.
