    Angry Order cancel

    So yesterday I bought a WD 500GB hard drive off scan, I didn't read the date carefully enough, so I chose the weekend delivery for it to be delivered on saturday (today), but it turns out the date was 24/1 which was next saturday. So naturally I emailed scan saying: Sorry I messed up my date! Can I please change my delivery date? They replied saying that it was impossible to change the date, so I asked them if I could just cancel my delivery and they said that it is confirmed that I will receive a full refund for my order. But I have been waiting 3 hours or so and I'm starting to get suspicious, I also sent an email and another query to Scan, but both have been ignored.

    Does anyone know what is happening? I've had my orders cancelled before but never got the money back.
