    Actually I would be able to see posts that were deleted by SCAN because Mods from SCAN don't have the rights to Physically Remove posts, only delete. Mods can see posts that have been deleted and still view them so no none of your posts have been deleted from this thread.

    If any have been physically removed it would be from a Super Mod or someone with a higher status than this, IE a HEXUS Mod, however if a HEXUS Mod would have intervened then im sure they would have posted to confirm if any of your posts had been physically removed.

    As stated by your lovely colleague Mark. I feel we have reached an impasse and trading comments tit for tat does nothing to rectify the issue at hand. I have stated my opinion and im sure you have stated yours.

    I feel from this point forward the best solution for us both is to allow the banks to complete their investigation into the matter. Ill be extremely interested to see whether they side with myself or yourselves considering the entire issue seems based on who has caused damage to the board. My word against yours so to speak.

    It's just a pity a company I have used many times in the past and used to recommend to my friends has had to resort to accusing customer's of lying to them.

    Regarding the RMA itself, Mark is dealing with this.

    I simply saw your comment to the forum saying we have been deleting your posts, which lead you to believe we are guilty.

    I've not said or implied you are lying, just pointed out that none of your posts have been deleted from this thread and explained how I know this, so at best you are just mistaken.

    I have never met a company who goes to such great lengths to try and convince their customers that the fault lies solely with them.

    Whatever happened to 'The customer is always right?'

    Clearly forgotten at SCAN.

    Having checked with DPD the motherboard in question shows as delivered back and signed for this morning.

    I had a family matter to take off. Hence the latw reply. I have not received the board. I also checked with the neighbours and none of them say they have taken delivery for me.
