At this point I have run out of ideas and lack the professional testing equipment or spare parts to be able to test what exactly is causing the fault. With this being a rather large purchase and one that was made 3 months ago I was wondering if there was any support Scan could give? I am happy to to send all or selected parts back to you, or drop them off at your store in Horwich as I live in Preston.
