I ordered yesterday, the email from your system says estimated dispatch yesterday so I guess your system isn't coping well with the pre-order demand

I know you don't have a crystal ball, but are you expecting enough stock to satisfy orders some time soon?

I understand that these units are being supplied on a first come first serve basis. Although I am not in a position to provide an exact ETA, I would hope that your order would be fulfilled within the next two weeks.

Supply is extremely tight, we have received 44 pieces already, which have shipped to customers, 46 more are due today and then more stock in 1-2 weeks.

We ship in a strict queuing system based on when payment was taken so it depends on where you are personally in the que, but as soon as stock is allocated to you, we will confirm by e-mail.

Thanks, looks like this is going to be a popular Christmas present, some big vendors are no longer taking orders which got me a bit jumpy.
