I preordered the Corsair Crystal 460x RGB version from Scan.
After many delays with the product (nothing to do with Scan, just Corsair being late on their launch) the case was delivered to my work address on November 30th.
I've just started a build today with the case but as soon as I began unpacking it it became apparent that it was not the RGB version.
The non-RGB version has no fan controller, no in built RGB controller on the case and does not come with three Corsair RGB 120mm fans.
I still have all original packaging (as said it's litterally just been opened) with all Scan's original packaging and delivery sticker on it. The box itself has been incorrectly labelled by Scan as the RGB version, but the box artwork and obviously contents clearly are not the RGB version of the case.
I've also submitted a return request on the site but didn't get any automated response. I've also tried signing up to the official scan forums but am not reciving any welcome emails (etc) from the forums.
Can someone get back to me ASAP so I can arrange a replacement.
