No Power Lead with Refurbished PSU?

I ordered and received a Corsair VS550 550 Watt Wired 80+ PSU/Power Supply Refurb https://www.scan.co.uk/products/550w...0mm-fan-atx-ps and it came with no power cable.

Is this normal, as it did not say it does not come with one on the listing. The screws was there but no cable.
Bit disappointed as I would have ordered a power lead as well, if I had known.

it doesnt say in the listing so should have come with one, get back to them and ask for 1.

Doesn't say it comes with one so you've assumed incorrectly. I fail to see how this is Scan's fault. Amazon do same-day delivery in a lot of areas and they're about £3.

Scan website does not say it comes with screws but it did.

Not everyone has Amazon Prime, so check the postage costs on that.

When I bought a refurb liquid CPU cooler it came with everything a 'new' unit would.

You say I'm whinging but you offer nothing to this post and give wrong information.

For me, the disappointment would be in expecting to get the job done on arrival of the PSU and if it's short of a necessary bit, it'd be the disappointment of not being able to get on with it .... though I could have as I've a box of 'em sitting in the corner, though that isn't much help to Duty.

Also, if it should have been there and wasn't, whinging seems harsh for expecting to get what he paid for. Only Scan can say if it should have been there, and no doubt will, when someone sees this in working hours.

Perhaps better for SCAN staff to reply in their section?

Just saying, these do come with kettle leads. have bought these in store when sales have been on.

I recently got burned by this! Some PSUs specifically state they ship without a lead for environmental purposes :-(
