Telephone Order gone missing - Payment taken?

Hello,

I was told Scan had a short supply of 3070 gpus yesterday on the chat and was advised to ring and make an order.

I phoned and was happy to have secured an order - payment was taken online and was deducted accordingly.

I haven't received any notification or email confirmation - getting a bit concerned now.

Any ideas?

FYI some people have commented they get very slow response times from Scan in the forums at the moment. I'd suggest this isn't the only way you raise this with them for that reason. Best of luck with it. (oh and if you haven't already remember to check your email spam folder just in case it went in there by mistake)

Thanks for the response - looks like Scan sent the email to a really old address which disappeared 10 years ago..

Either way card was delivered this morning!! happy days!
