Thought I'd post here as the Live Chat is ridiculous in terms of wait time and same goes for the telephone support.
I placed order for PC components on 23rd Nov 2020. Paid extra delivery fee to receive order by 24th/25th Nov 2020. Order did not contain any newer generation CPU/GPU such as nVIDIA 3000 series, AMD 6800 series. Every item in my order was "In Stock" and none of that "Pre-Order". Delivery failed (still in awaiting picking) for 24th/25th and I didn't get any update. Contacted support got told stock is fine. Reason for delay was backlog of orders.
I then got told delivery will be made by 30th Nov 2020. I even got one of the Scan mass update email notifying me of delayed order and delivery will be made by 30th Nov 2020.
No offence but customer support has been terrible. I left negative feedback on Trustpilot due to the experience of shopping with Scan. I then got the same response by Scan on Trustpilot that my order will be delivered by 30th Nov 2020. I will be updating my Trustpilot review to let others know that I still haven't received order even though 30th Nov 2020 was stated.
So today 30th Nov 2020 and no sign of order. Still stuck in Awaiting Picking status. I got told the NZXT case is having stock/dispatch problem due being located at another warehouse. So why is this all of a sudden a problem now? When I first contacted about the delay got told nothing wrong with stock. So why couldn't Scan support tell me that before? Numerous misleading information. Honestly I'm frustrated and disgusted of Scan. I opted for call back twice regarding the order and not one person from Scan called back. I keep getting told order will be escalated put on critical status but nothing happens. Got told a manager will get in touch but nothing.
I got recommend to use Scan by other gamers over at Reddit, TouTube even Twitter. This will be the last time I shop with Scan. I could have gone with a different retailer during the Black Friday deals and got order delivered for next day. Scan are operating this so called 24 hours a day to get rid of backlog of orders. So why is my order still in Awaiting Picking since 23.11.2020?
I will publishing negative YouTube video regarding my poor experience with Scan. Same goes for Twitter.
No idea when the order is going to be delivered.
So would my order be delivered after Christmas or by summer 2021?
