Faulty PSU in a new Shuttle

I took delivery of a new SD37P2 Shuttle yesterday but have found the PSU to be DOA/faulty. I have the power supply from my SN25P running fine in the SD37P2 so that I can carry on working.

Is it possible to just RMA the PSU alone and get a replacement, knowing that that is the faulty component or would I have to RMA the entire Shuttle unit?

You would be best to log a query with Returns (http://web6.scan.co.uk/Support/index.asp) and to see what they can suggest on this...
