    Returning a bad memory module

I bought this Corsair 1gb ram stick from scan abut 8 months ago. Do I send it back to scan for replacement? If so could someone be so kind as to create a RMA for me number please? The part no. is CM2X1024-5400C4 and invoice no. 000xxxxxxx.

The memory would be returned to Scan, a query has been logged for you and our Returns dept will be in touch with RMA details shortly

    Best Regards

I haven't recieved anything yet. Would it be possible to get the RMA today so I can sort this out sooner rather than next week. Thank you
