Item broken when delivered

Hi,
I ordered a few things a couple of days ago, speakers and a cathode kit, which was delivered not long ago. Upon opening the cathodes I noticed one of them was snapped in the middle, the other one is fine as is the rest of the kit. What would be the chances of just getting sent a replacement cathode out without having to send the entire kit back?
