    Questions on how QCollect Works?

I have not ordered from Scan for several months. I am thinking of using their "new" QCollect service. Does anyone know....

    1. Do you have to go and collect you order as soon as it is ready? If you order on Tuesday morning can you collect on Wednesday/Thursday?

    2. The last time I visited I waited a good 75 minutes getting served and waiting for the order to be picked. Does the QCollect service have a different desk to go and collect / id checked or are you waiting behind everyone who is ordering?

    TIA

    This link should be useful

    http://www.scan.co.uk/qcollect/

We can hold orders for you for 2-3 days, and maybe longer upon request. There is a Q-collect point where ID is checked and your goods will be waiting so you avoid the main queue

Please let me know if you have any further queries

I was once told Q-Collect was too busy for my order to be processed so I drove down, orderd over the counter and collected my order.

If I could do that why coudn't I use q-Collect?

Most of the time it is quicker - unless there's an order backlog at the time.
