Can you only use the Tricools with the fan controller or is it possible to hook up other fans?

    Thanks.

There are only two switches so only the top and rear fan are wired up.

The fan at the bottom between the PSU and HD's has a switch on a short wire but theres nowhere external for it so you still have to remove the panel to adjust it.

My case and cpu (6600) temps are around 36 degree's and thats with all three fans on low. GPU at 56 degrees.

The supplier has confirmed that this customer has basically been extremely lucky in receiving a P182 cases, P182 cases are not being shipped in replacement of P180 cases.

The P182 cases have not generally been released as yet and pricing has not yet been confirmed.

As soon as the P182 cases are released and pricing confirmed this will be set up under a new SKU.

    Best Regards

I've given up on the idea of selling my P180 and buying a P182. Too much to lose - money wise.

I got my silver P180 about 10 days ago, so must have just missed out as well Not that I am really too bothered about it, the P180 is still a great case for me. Thanks amjedm for the link. Perusing through it has given me many ideas to improve and tidy my P180...

The boxes are for the P180B so theres no way scan can check unless they open each box and unwrap each case individually.

Funnily enough, I found stories of this happening elsewhere as well for customers of newegg.com.

I guess Lian-Li messed up at the point of manufacture and sent out P182's disguised as P180's. Either that or this is a really sneaky way to get some early market feedback on the modifications

Lian-Li must have certainly made a monumental cock-up if they're putting Antec's in their boxes.

Actually, Lian-Li bought a container load of P180 so they could copy the desgn for their A10 case.

I'm not happy about the price increase - the P182 is going to be more expensive than the P180 from what I've seen
