    Faulty graphics card

Hi this is my first post on the forum.
I have purchased a 7900gto graphics card from scan a few months ago that i believe to be faulty so i got in contact with scan to get an rma number sent it off.
A few days later i recieved an e-mail back saying that the card was fine and informing me what they had used to test it.
After examining the specification of the pc and the game they had used to test the card i was unhappy with the outcome.
They had tested a 3 year old game with a state of the art graphics card and an old pentium 4 pc possabily a bottleneck anyway.
I then asked them if they could test any of the games that i had tried to that i recieved an e-mail telling me that if i didnt reoly within 10 days they would sell my graphics card how fair is that? so i paid for it to be returned myself.
I have now been doing all the testing for them now as they are unwilling to take my card as they think its ok after i have shown them pictures of 4 different games corrupting none of the ones they tested on my system corrupted either by the way.
I have recieved an email telling me my power supply isn't powerfull enough its a suprise to me as i have tested the volts on the rail and they are slightly over 12v and 5v even under load (doesn't sound like they are being taxed too much does it) and i have ran this exact psu with 2 6800gt's in sli overclocked without any trouble and an 7800gtx overclocked without any trouble.
I have been mor or less told that if it doesnt artifact in 3dmark 06 then the same thing will happen if i send it back.
All i can say is i thought consumers had rights!

I was using an enermax 480 watt coolergiant but i have also tested an ocz 520 watt psu same result.
I tested the power connectors at the back of the card with a multi meter and at the cpu and on the molex plugs.
