I want to order the following - and can I get free delivery?

LN17226

It isn't the most expensive order but it comes to just over £20 (not inc VAT).

Do I have to call up sales, or can you do it through the forum?

Click your name on the left hand side of the forum/screen and the link should go to the following ;

As such your userid is the number after the u= so marks would be 23719

Hopefully, this will aid a few of the newer people as well.

Since when could you change your delivery address if you use a debit card?

This is a bit of a pain, am I able to call up now and change it to my work address?

What type of debit card are you using?

One thing I did find trying to setup the process was that the validate via Dr tick box caused the process to fail, only when I unchecked the box and submitted the information did it work.

visa debit - I have used it previously and I have been able to send it to my work address.

I ordered a geforce 7950 gt xt and I had that delivered to my work.

Can you cahnge it?

You can select an alternative address using this card. No changes have been made to this.

I did, but a received a message in a popup window saying i couldn't change delivery address with this card.

Could I PM you my work address for it to be updated?

That's correct - if it is a visa electron - you cannot chose an alternative address.

If you ring customer services, they may be able to assist with an alternative address.

You cannot for Visa electron.

Contact customer services to change the address.

Visa debit and Visa electron are usualy 2 different types of cards, hence the confusion.
DavidM is correct - it depends which type you have mate
