    Creative x-fi music

I received my new card from scan yesterday which was great the only thing i notice is that the sticker on the back of the card is slightly damaged e.g. there is a tare in it, other than that it is in tact! This is the same sticker that is on the anti static bag and i guess it was damaged when it was put on the part!

My concern is this, if i have a problem with the card will the warranty still be valid?

Is this the sticker we put on with the SCIL number and barcode?

If so, let me check on the secure system - grab your invoice number and I'll put a note on the OLQ system for future referencing incase anything happens in relation to the card.

    Best Regards,

Invoice ends in 320 doesn't it

I'll raise the OLQ and PM you the OLQ reference for future usage should you need it.

Don't worry if you loose the OLQ reference as the Invoice number will also point to this OLQ as well.

    Best Regards,
