I know how rare it is that people take the time to say thank you for good service - especially in a where by it's nature the majority of people post here when things have gone wrong/they are having issues and up tight but I just wanted to say thanks for sorting my RMA in 3 working days from you getting it without me having to call up and moan every week that i'd had no updates etc like others I could mention.
Now fix the warehouse/stock system, consider ditching $...tylink, send me free sampes of each stock item and we'll get along just fine for future orders
