I placed a non standard, time sensitive order, not through the website but via personal emails - couldn't be happier.

One accusation I could never level at Scan is that they'd try to cover up a problem. Sure, I can appreciate the "late" delivery issue, but I work in mail order so I fully appreciate these things happen.
Personally the only thing I'd feel happier with is if the payment could be taken on the day of despatch (for example, we invoice only after it's been confirmed picked and that there's still time to pack it, once it's invoiced & charged it has to go that day)
Couldn't agree more, I'd prefer that they only check to see funds are available before picking the order and then when the order is ready for dispatch Charge the card and dispatch, instead of what they do now, still, each business is entitled to its own different polices.
Mods - If you want to close this thread then it's ok by me as I can see this thread dragging on when it doesn't need to.
