    My Last Order

    Hi

    on my last order i was short to get the free delivery confused the inc vat and ex vat. so i arranged for some blank CDs to go on the order to get the free delivery. but just checked my bank statement and the order and i was still charged delivery.

    can you please arrange for a refund.
