Can someone help me
1. Invoice Printed 25 May 2007 09:28:00
2. Payment Authorised 25 May 2007 10:22:00
3. Picked crossed out
4. Despatched crossed out

The order is 1 processor 2 BFG8800GTXoc and 1 Power supply.
not alot to pick over the course of a days work, I really hope this isnt a out of stock issue as all items were in stock on the website.

Orders are placed in a que and picked in sequence.

You would have been given an estimated despatch date when you placed the order. Scan have a pretty high number of orders in a day and there is often a picking backlog. The situation is improving as they expand their warehousing etc.

I'm sure someone from Scan will reply to this thread too. They can probably give you more exact information.

If you ordered on Friday you more than likely got an estimated dispatch date of Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. If this is the case then your order will probably not move forward until tuesday at some point when this does you will receive the 3rd stage email

If the parts are there then waiting till tue/wed isnt a problem but I dont want to wait that long to find the last 8800 went out the door as I got to the front of the que if you know what I mean.
Hmmmm...what to do.

The systems we use are 1st come 1st serve so everything should be fine.
