After a week and two days of having it.. I'm gonna have to take it back, but where abouts inside the SCAN "shop" do I go? I dread having to queue in that very, very long queue on Saturday morning...

If this seems dumb, sorry, but I've never had to return anything to you guys before .

That queue is just for sales - just go to the Returns Tech room to the left side of the sales counter.
