Quick warranty question

Hi, my mrs has LN9243 its a 1gb corsair pendrive and its broke, the actual usb head comes out of the rubber casing, its looks asthough the solder has snapped off, it has never been abused and always plugged into a usb extension that sits on the desk so not quite sure how the solder has snapped.

What do i do next ?
