    Why is it...

    Every time I place an order (even though the systems shows there are all in stock) it gets delayed. Even though I know it's not the case, it feels like your "item in stock" status on the website are just randomly generated

    That is one side of the site that needs looking at. Otherwise it is fine.

    Is it delayed because of stock issues, or just because the warehouse is busier than expected though? The email should say.

    The estimated delivery date of your order is 13 Jul 2007 as confirmed via E-mail

    The order will be completed shortly as we dispatch up to 8pm, nothing is out of stock and your order will be delivered tomorrow for you in line with the estimated dispatch provided when the order was placed..
