I bought a foxconn motherboard from Scan model P9657AA-8EKRS2H. It runs my E6600 but I'm wanting to buy a Q6600 when it drops in price. Will the motherboard run Quad CPU's or do I need another motherboard. It doesn't say under the description of the motherboard.

Slight thread HiJack if I may, slypie - how do you find this board, good enough for a non/slight overclocker?
PC Pro loves it, I quite like how it sounds too...if you can reccomend it I'll be chuffed :)
It's my first Foxconn board as I usually buy Gigabyte boards. I don't overclock things due to being lazy so I wouldn't be able to tell you if it's any good on that front. The only thing you need to watch out for with this board is that it takes a 8pin power connector instead of a 6pin which was a pain to find a PSU for at the time but I think this type of connector is starting to become more popular.
