My first order with Scan

After placing my first order with Scan recently, I feel compelled to come here and report that...










...everything went peachy smooth and I was very satisfied. Of course the true test of a store is when things aren't quite right, but nonetheless, delivery was spot on, parcel well and safely packed, website good, keen prices, and SMS despatch confirmation was a nice touch. Probably not worth mentioning really, but just thought I'd say thanks for the smooth shopping experience on a perfectly routine everyday order.

Probably the only way to get half the people who lurk on this forum to read it!

I think though, posts like these are a sign of how well Scan does, very few companies who run internet forums ever get praise on them as regularly as Scan do.

The sms service is brilliant. Just oozes professionalism.

Even my dentist has started to use SMS as a reminder for appointments.

With sms, there can be no real excuse for being late for your own funeral... !
