Dead Pixel Policy

It doesn't fix dead pixels, only stuck pixels.

I have used the program a couple of weeks ago with no luck.

Pretty much what I was going to say. A dead pixel is basically knackered and won't work no matter what. I don't even think these apps would fix a stuck pixel as well. As for dead pixels each manufacturer have different policies on dead pixels, IMHO whether you send it back should be A) on how many dead pixels you have and B) where they are noticiable and where they are positioned on the monitor.

The apps have been very succesful on a psp or nintendo ds and some flat panel monitors. However, I think alot of the time its just luck

Also, putting pressure on the pixel can sometimes help or gently caressing (rubbing) it!
