I ordered a bucket load of stuff yesterday morning from Scan and paid approx £25 extra for delivery today.
Nothing had arrived by 1:30pm so i thought i would give them a call.
Anyways..the bottom line was the guy on the phone basically said he hadnt a clue why it hadnt been sent out as it was all in stock and there was no reason for any delays.
Ok..so heres what we will do for you. (that old chestnut)
Me - No.. Just cancel it and i will go elsewhere.
Really annoys me when they give the whole next day guarentee then charge you an extra £25 for it and they dont send it.
Will be doing my business elsewhere from now.
