Corsair memory won't run in dual channel

Hello Scan,

I've purchased a 1GB Corsair Value Select DDR3200 memory module to compliment my existing 1GB Corsair Value Select DDR3200 module which I purchased less than a year ago with a view to upgrading to 2GB in the future (when money allowed). I bought the second module via Q Collect a week or two ago to run in dual channel mode at 1T timing. To clarify, both modules were bought from Scan. Unfortunately my computer fails Prime95 within minutes when running in dual memory mode with these modules, whereas it will run fine with them in single channel mode/2T timing.

I have tried a friends' geil memory in the system and it works fine in dual channel mode. Is there anything you can do to help me, perhaps an exchange for a dual channel kit? Be it Corsair or whatever suitable alternative you have availible.

Try upping the voltage to your RAM.

If dual chan don't work, but the sticks do on their own, its a motherboard / bios issue - Period. It simply can not be, or have anything to do with the RAM :)

What board is it?

You are sure that you are installing it in the right channels?

Agent just to let you know I tried to PM you earlier and it said Agent has exceeded their stored private messages quota and can not accept further messages until they clear some space.
