So someone can raise it with the relevant people, i have a few comments about a couple of recent orders.
I'm not bitching, just letting you know about a couple of issues. Weren't a big deal to me, but might be to others.
• Your hold message is terrible not only does it get on my nerves, it is excedingly crackly and distorted, sounds like when you have only one signal bar on your phone.
• Order due for dispatch on 8th. Didn't happen. Delay notice was sent at 9:07 on the 9th. Not a great deal of sense sending a delay notification after the scheduled dispatch really.
And i would like to thank whoever it was in CS that helped we with my declined credit card and change the payment type. Turns out JohnLewis had correctly suspended my card because of fraudulent transactions. Good to see they ae doing their job.
