Noticed quite a few threads on here going on about how they were dealt with poorly, so thought I'd post otherwise for those that do frequent this forum. Just like most forums its the bad stuff we hear about and not much about the good. So hear goes....

been a customer with them from day one of my 'geek-mode' days (oooh about 6 years!) and can honestly say they offer an honourable customer service. Had a few hiccups here and there but in quite honesty I'd say they are a great team. Spent loads o' dosh with them and it was worth it all.
This is just a great big thankyou to scan for bearing with me (and my rants). Not one to get things delivered (being the sort of chap who wants it NOW!) and met most of the team, through counter staff, technical returns to customer service.
What I like the most is the uber competitive prices, availability of the latest products, and the fact that if they state they have something in stock - They always do (unlike most other companies).
