Guys I bought a Speed-Link Competition Pro BLUE USB Joystick LN16628 a couple of orders ago and after 3 uses it broke. Now I was annoyed that it took so long for a replacement to be sent out as I was planning to spend a well earned rest playing Sensi Soccer over the weekend and Scan insisted on testing it when I said it was in two parts so I missed that. When I got the replacement one of the buttons was broken when I opened the box. I rang Scan and was told that a replacement would be sent. That was early in the week and I still haven't received it.
Guys if you want to keep my business your going to have to start to get your act together this is one of many mess up's over the last couple of months with missing orders, lost money in sending items back that are faulty etc. Can you please tell me where the joystick is and why it's taking this long to deliver it? I'm sick of ringing Scan as it's costing me a fortune to do so as it seems to be a regular thing over the last couple of months. I so want to stick with Scan but I'm starting to shop elsewhere for some orders.
