    Replacement still hasn't be delivered

    Guys I bought a Speed-Link Competition Pro BLUE USB Joystick LN16628 a couple of orders ago and after 3 uses it broke. Now I was annoyed that it took so long for a replacement to be sent out as I was planning to spend a well earned rest playing Sensi Soccer over the weekend and Scan insisted on testing it when I said it was in two parts so I missed that. When I got the replacement one of the buttons was broken when I opened the box. I rang Scan and was told that a replacement would be sent. That was early in the week and I still haven't received it.

    Guys if you want to keep my business your going to have to start to get your act together this is one of many mess up's over the last couple of months with missing orders, lost money in sending items back that are faulty etc. Can you please tell me where the joystick is and why it's taking this long to deliver it? I'm sick of ringing Scan as it's costing me a fortune to do so as it seems to be a regular thing over the last couple of months. I so want to stick with Scan but I'm starting to shop elsewhere for some orders.

    You should ring the geographical number. It is chepaer or free if you have a landline or mobile that has free national calls.

    I've used the form in the past and sometimes I've not had a reply to it. Anyways David can you please look to see where my replacement is and why it's taking this long to get it to me?

    David all due respect your still not answering my question. Do you know where my replacement joystick is? And I'm sorry but as stated sometimes in the past I've filled out the form and it's went unanswered

    just checked my email and I haven't got anything from Scan. Scan are sending it to my registered email which ends in @inbox.com? If your sending it to my old Virgin address I don't have access to that anymore as I've changed ISP.

    Yes, it was a virgin account - as you used this last on 8/8/07

    I've located the other email account - and have resent the last few messaged to you - which also include the new replacements shipping invoice.

    (This information is also available in your "MyAccount" screen)

    sorry I didn't know you were using this account. Virgin have just removed access to it in the last 7 days or so.

    David, thanks for the help. Whilst I'm not cheesed off as it's not a vital part I'm waiting for is there any reason why it's taken this long (today) to ship?
