I'm asking this because although I have returned my monitor last friday and you seemed to have recieved it following monday, my current "Received" return status on your website says "X"(red cross). Could you please check what's going on? Also I'm waiting eagerly for my money to be refunded in order to order another monitor from you. It's even under cooling off period I believe(recieved last tuesday), do you have any idea when will I be able to get my money back? Sorry to be harsh I know you guys are busy... but I'm worried and need that money desperately. Thanks.
