Q collect check

Q collect check i've ordered some parts for a new system but as i've ordered using scan finance i don't seem to receive any emails about what stage it's at or weather its been delayed. Could someone from scan please do me a kindness and check if my order is complete yet, i'll pm an invoice number if i get a reply.
