Can somebody from Scan please check to see what is happening with my RMA number?
Amongst other things, I bought a Motherboard which didn't work and had to be sent back.
It was picked up on the 15th August by City Link and couriered back to Scan where it was tested and a fault found.
I was told that the item was out of stock - would take about 1 - 2 weeks to come in - and have been happy to sit here and occasionally check my tracking status but there has been no change or update.
I've checked the Scan website and the Motherboard doesn't even show up anymore (not even listed as being an out of stock item!).
On the 28th August I sent an email asking for information, but nobody has replied to it.
I'd just really like to know if you are definitely getting more in and if you are any nearer knowing when that may be?
