    RMA my PSU

My Silverstone OP750 PSU makes a really loud (audible over 3x120mm case fans!!) clicking/crackling noise whenever I turn it on. I really don't want to risk blowing a £1000+ machine because of a faulty PSU. I'd be grateful is someone from Scan could contact me about RMAing this for a new one.

    Thanks!

    Re: RMA my PSU

Ok, I rang this through and got an RMA number etc. One question about something I didn't understand in the email. Once I've packaged it all up, I put a sheet of paper inside the parcel with the RMA no and address on. Do I also need to mark the outside of the parcel with the address of Scan?

    Cheers

If they will send city link to pick it up, no. Otherwise you need to ship it yourself

It's a CityLink pickup so I guess I just need to put the details inside the parcel in that case.

    Re: RMA my PSU

I had a pickup, I was asked specifically to package the boxed item in wrap, then put securely inside a carton with RMA details on a sheet, then the address on the outside of the carton with RMA number marked clearly. And not to mark the actual product box in any way.
