    Re: 1Gb XFX 7950GX2 £117.49

I'm sure it is correct, probably few last cards. This cards are end of line, no one produce them any more same as 7900GT.
I think that MB must support SLI to make it working. And fans are really loud. But it is very powerfull card

    Re: 1Gb XFX 7950GX2 £117.49

Damb it starting to regret getting a 7900gs but not sure if I could of held out for 3months.

EDIT: Looking at the list of compatable motherboards, there's some non SLi boards there.
Would of been an excuse to get an ABIT AB9 Pro
Shame the Asus p5b is not on the list

But at the same time they've got the ASUS M2N4-SLI listed as Intel P965 when it's not.

    Re: 1Gb XFX 7950GX2 £117.49

Yes thats the correct pricing as the purchasing price has dropped quite a lot, probably due to the release of the newer 8xxx series of cards.

They might not get any more in as one of the first post in this thread says its end of line :s I might be wrong, unless the supplier still has more.

    Re: 1Gb XFX 7950GX2 £117.49

    We've temporarily disabled it until we get more information regarding these cards as there are 2 routes this can go at the moment ;

    1) We locate more stock - This means we would hopefully then be able to reactivate it with a similar pricing.

    2) we cannot locate more stock - This means that it would be removed from the website accordingly and given then EOL flag.

Once we have further updates from all our suppliers and checked into all possible avenues we'll update the website accordingly.

    Best Regards,

I'm hoping for the 1st option. Can you email me if it happens?

I really want it cos it beats the 8800GTS 640 in some games! (And I can only afford like £120)

    Re: 1Gb XFX 7950GX2 £117.49

Yes I realise that and I'm not holding out much hope of you getting new stock in esp at that price.

I think I'm even more annoied because I didn't spot that the 7900gtx went on today only and so you've sold out of that now as well x2
I was holding off the 7900gtx because a bunch of 7950gx2 were on ebay and wanted I see how much they would go for first (they are all going to £120ish and it's still got a couple of days to go x3 )

EDIT: is the 7900GTX going to be the same as the 7950gx2 ?

    Re: 1Gb XFX 7950GX2 £117.49

Well, that is quite normal. I would pay up to 140 for one of them to be honest as they are as quick as a 8800GTS and sometimes even faster.

A cracking product for 117 quid if you ask me!
