Scan tend to be quite happy to build systems to your own specifications and to then warranty them :)
The exact cost of the build depends on the components, and similarly with respect to warranty. You'd be better off simply contacting them via their sales line and asking for a quote, it's apparently quite painless ;)

We should be able to accommodate this however it depends what parts you have selected ect ect.
