    RMA to Scan or Noctua?

    I took delivery of an Core 2 Duo 6550 and a Noctua NH-U12F about half an hour ago, and opening the Noctua, it seems alot of the fins are bent/mishapen and I would like to RMA it. Now this is the first time I've never had to do this, and I'm unsure as to who to send it to - Scan or Noctua themselves; as they also do an RMA service on their website. Which would be quicker? This obviously hasn't happened in transit, the boxes were covered in a load of packing and the cooler is inside so many boxes and pieces of card itself, this must have happened before it was packaged.

    you send it to scan as you have only had it an hour ring them and they will sort it or follow the returning procedures on their website.
