Cheers mate, I'll order one I think then. Just to confirm do you ship to other address other than the one that credit cards are registered to?

    Re: wii?

Why's it listed as £20 more than everywhere else!? Ok, you might have the stock but it's hardly means to charge inflated prices is it?

Its supply and demand, if people will pay a premium to have it now, why not.

    Re: wii?

We are still cheaper than lost of our closest competitors, so our price is in fact good compared to other retailers.

We could charge a lot more if we wanted ..

    Re: wii?

I 100% understand the concept of supply and demand, and also understand your running a business. But when the motto stated is "A Customer is not simply an invoice but a welcome addition to the Scan family" then charging premiums to expand this 'family' seems ridiculous, especially considering just yesterday my local HMV, Asda, Tescos and WH Smith all had stock at the regular R.R.P.

Yes you could charge whatever you wanted, but it doesn't make it the right thing to do. Seems i'm getting less and less impressed with Scan, i'm STILL waiting for a replacement processor from an order I made at the end of AUGUST which had a faulty item supplied.

    Re: wii?

HMV, Asda, Tescos and WH Smith are huge such as Tesco with hundreds of stores so I cant see the comparison to be honest.. and again our price is inline with our Competitors.

The price we sell products has no relation to my signature either dude.. and of course we are not stopping anyone buying this item from other outlets as you have mentioned if you wish to do so

Take into consideration the fact this product is selling at £ 250 on E-bay etc.

The price is not overinflated and is fair, and selling fast as WE HAVE THE STOCK IN @ a good price compared to our competitors. If we were greedy we would and COULD easily sell 100 - 200 at a time as I myself have had customer wanting to buy this quantity from me. We have made the decision to only sell 1 per customer as we know we have a large amount of stock and the demand for this product is massive, we want to provide a good service to the largest number of people possible rather than shift the stock in bulk to a handful of people as we could extremely easily do. Not that we don't expect to sell all the stock we have anyway but we would rather make hundreds of people happy rather than a few.......

I guess you just can't please everyone

Regarding the issue of your RMA please feel free to PM me the RMA number / invoice number so I can bring this to the attention of our Returns dept to chase,

    Regards
