On saturday, I set up my scan account to be linked with my hexus forum account, and as such I was gifted with free delivery, which I thought was nice
On sunday, when I came to place an order, it seemed that scan had forgotten my hexus forum account details. On attempting to enter them again, exactly how I had done previously, it informed me that no such account existed.
Of course, in the end this didn't really make any different. I'm a dirty student who doesn't trust herself with a credit card and still has her post delivered to her family home (hence cardholder address is different to where I am), so I had to ask my partner to place the order for me
Could the fine chaps at hexus please check to make sure that the system is working, at least for the others who can use it?
