Price query - Today Only

Yesterday morning I rang up and ordered:

Product Number LUKOMS/L950DM/19/BLU
Product Desc. 19 LUKOMS L950DM SBLUE TFT
LN14048

Today the e-mailed invoice has the ex. VAT price as £119.99, or £149.99 inc. VAT - that's a lot more than it was yesterday!

I've noticed that going to the product from Today Only does show the full price, but had assumed that the TO price would be automagically on the invoice.

Bit late for that, unfortunately. Because of the weather forecast, I asked for despatch to be yesterday (Tuesday) so that the delivery wouldn't be before today (Wednesday). This means that I didn't get the e-mail with the invoice until Yesterday afternoon.

Why a phone call not quicker with instant response? Perhaps along with a pm too.

Yes, you're right of course. I thought that I might not have followed the procedure and would be at fault: this is partly so, as I've just been told that one should mention TO when ordering.
Anyway, it's in hand and I'll see what happens.
